This is a really pretty album. I bought this for my 12 yr. old granddaughter for one of her Christmas gifts. I’m sure she will love it!! :) I searched a lot online looking for a “pretty” album just for her!! And this looked like the perfect one!!

[The Firefighter Birthday Invites] were great. I had a problem with the Post Office on the original package, they must of lost them. However when I called your customer service number the gentlemen who answered was so accommodating. He immediately sent me out a new package and made sure they got to me in time.
